Description
In 2020, the Monnaie de Paris is paying tribute to creatures from the world of comics, whose protagonists are The Smurfs.
Iconic little goblins, the Smurfs made their first appearance in the Johan and Pirlouit album “La Flauta à six Schtroumpfs” created by the Belgian cartoonist Peyo in 1958.
Since then, these blue, cheeky, white-capped characters have had adventures through numerous albums.
This set includes a book-shaped case and a complete set of 24 silver coins: 20 pieces with a face value of 10 euros, plus 4 coins with a face value of 50 euros each.
