Cancellation, return and refund of orders
The Customer has the right to request the return or exchange of any or all of the items in an order, by email to email@example.com, including the order number in the subject line, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the order.
Once SCE has received and verified the items returned by the customer, it will make the refund by the same means by which the customer made the payment. In the event of a partial return of the order, SCE shall only refund the price paid for the order, excluding shipping costs. In any case, the return shipping costs shall always be borne by the Customer.
If the shipment is returned to SCE by the carrier because of the Customer’s refusal to pay taxes, duties, clearance or any other payment required by the administration or carrier of the destination country, or because of the Customer’s absence or omission and failure to deliver it within the deadline set by the carrier, the Customer accepts that he/she is responsible for any return shipping fees, duties, taxes or any additional charges applicable for returning the package to SCE. In addition, if the package is returned, SCE will not reship the package unless the customer pays SCE the full amount of the aforementioned return shipping charges, plus SCE’s handling and reshipping and handling charges.
