All our items are new, in perfect condition, just as we received them from the mint.

Each coin has a description of its characteristics, which includes, as a minimum, the country of issue, the year, the face value, the metal, the purity, the weight, the mintage, the box and the certificate of authenticity (if the mint supplies it). By box we also mean a business card, a folder, etc. It means that the coin does not just come in an airtight capsule.

Coins are available for immediate purchase, usually at a lower price or before the item is sold out in case of a very limited edition.

The item(s) will not be shipped to the Customer until SilverCoins Europe receives the products from the mint. The availability date of the product will be clearly indicated in the item description (this availability date is subject to change in case of late delivery).

If your order contains one or more of these coins, the complete order will only be shipped when all the coins that make up the order have been received.

We publish our own photos of the coins, although as a general rule we use the official Mint photos. We show real photos of the coins on our blog and RSS feeds.

SCE Rewards credit is the reward you receive for every euro spent in SilverCoins Europe, which you can use on your next purchase, on any coin available on www.silvercoinseurope.com.

For every 20 euros you spend, you will accumulate one loyalty point, which is equivalent to 1 euro. In short, you accumulate 5% of the amount of your purchase (see the conditions in the SCE Rewards section).

Without any intermediate steps, you will have your accumulated credit in euros and you will be able to use it as a means of payment.

The SCE-R credit will be effective 15 days after delivery of the order.

The accumulated credit expires one year after the last purchase.

All accepted payments will be displayed at checkout. We accept cryptocurrencies, PayPal, common credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and bank transfers (for payments in Euro).

You can pay in zloty, euro or US dollars, depending on your chosen payment method. Prices in other currencies are available on our website.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and volume of the package. Our published rates are the actual cost of the carrier, without any extra service or handling charges.

We ship from Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Poland.

You can get the latest status of your order by logging into your account or you can contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the latest update.

For orders containing coins in stock, the order handling time is between 1 and 3 working days, from the moment we have received your payment. Four pre-sale coins will be shipped on the availability date indicated in the advertisement itself, unless there are delays beyond SilverCoins Europe’s control.
